With your knowledge and dedication, you certainly would have plenty to fill it. And it would be well worth reading. It would be multiple formats for multiple audiences. Posts here for those who cannot afford to pay,and book for those who can. And there is always the library. Free books for anyone who can get a library card. It is just a thought, but knowledge like yours needs to be shared.
